1.Shipping Fee

$4.99 for orders under $50, free for orders over $50

2.What are the payment methods?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. All transactions are secure.

3.Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide, including Asia, North and Central America, Europe and Oceania, via PayPal and credit card.

4.Delivery Time

Shipping Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Time: 6-12 Business Days
Processing Time: 3-7 Business Days

Note: During peak seasons and promotions, delivery time may be longer

6.How do I track my order?

Our delivery time starts from the moment the order is accepted and includes 24 hours, and your item will be processed and shipped on business days. Please note: It may take longer during promotions

Once your order is packed, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with shipping information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking information to be available

7.Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us to change the shipping address. We will not be able to change the address after the order has been shipped.

8.About canceling an order

If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service within 6 hours of placing the order and before the item is shipped. We cannot cancel an order while the package is in transit. 9.What if the delivery is delayed/the package is lost

Our packages are shipped by logistics companies, and the logistics status can be tracked in real time. However, if there is a delay/loss due to force majeure, we are also deeply sorry. We can do the following:
Keep in touch with our service

The last thing we want to see is your package being delayed. Please make sure we understand the status of your package. We will keep in touch with you at any time to let you know the status of your package. And explain the situation to you.
Track your shipment in real time

When you find any delays during delivery, you can take some actions: send a replacement package in a faster way. Or, if there is a delay and you are in a hurry to receive the package, you can contact us and we may resend the package using another mode of transportation depending on the situation.

10.What if I am not at home?

If you are not at home, a new delivery will be made the next day, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

If the package cannot be delivered, you may also need to go to the local post office to pick up the package.

11.Return and Exchange Conditions

Our return policy only applies to damaged products and is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, you must take a photo of the damaged item and email it to sales@cerasian.com. Once your return is accepted, we will issue a refund and you will receive a confirmation email.
